It's best to book us for your wedding up to 18 months in advance to ensure availability.

The duration of a photo session varies depending on the type and scope of the project. Portrait sessions typically range from 1 to 2 hours, while events and weddings can span several hours. We strive to provide ample time to capture all the important moments and ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session.

We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Our editing process typically takes around 4 months, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to ensure exceptional images that exceed your expectations. In some cases, we offer fast delivery, where we can deliver the archives 7-10 days after your wedding day. Feel free to ask us for more details about this option.

The files are not watermarked or protected in anyway. They are high resolution JPEG files that can easily be printed in large format.

First, please send us an inquiry so we can provide you with information about your investment. Following that, we can schedule an online meeting to have a chat and discuss further details. After our meeting, we'll send you the necessary information for the deposit to secure your wedding date.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation the deposit cannot be refunded.

If you need to change your wedding date we should discuss our availability. If your new date is not free on our calendar then the cancellation policy applies. 

Once you receive your photos it is strongly recommended that you make extra copies of them.We suggest you transfer the images to a hard disk either internal or external for viewing as reading the large high resolution files from the usb's can be slow for some computers. We also recommend that you make some backup copies of the photos either on usb's or external storage devices or even on a cloud service. 

We keep your images on file until you acknowledge receipt of them, 1 month after you acknowledge receipt of the images we no longer guarantee that we will have them. Should you fail to acknowledge receipt then we will keep the images for 3 months after which we no longer guarantee that we will keep the images. After 3 months we do generally keep your photos on file but in the event you lose your copies we cannot not guarantee that we will still have them when you come back to us. 

No, we are image collectors and we believe in the authenticity of natural pictures. Our editing process involves basic adjustments to colors and technical aspects, but we do not engage in any form of Photoshop manipulation to alter people's faces or bodies.

While we understand the desire to choose music for your videos, we have a specific approach to selecting music that aligns with our filmmaking style and the mood of the video. Our choice of music is based on our experience and expertise in creating wedding films that evoke the right emotions and ambiance. We carefully select music that complements the visuals and enhances the overall storytelling. If you feel that our style of music doesn't resonate with your preferences, it's possible that we may not be the right fit for your wedding day.
